The Route Surgeon
The Route Surgeon Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to empowering Youth football athletes to pursue higher education. Our mission is to inspire, support, and guide young talents towards academic excellence and athletic success. The focus is on guidance, structure, and strategy, helping athletes position themselves for long-term success at the next level.
Rooted in foundation work and mentorship, the program goes beyond the field to provide college recruiting education, exposure strategy, and NIL guidance. Athletes are taught how to prepare themselves academically and athletically, communicate effectively with college coaches, present their brand properly, and navigate recruiting and name, image, and likeness opportunities with clarity and confidence.
